Implementing Agency: Seeds of Goodness Team
Location: Displacement Camps - Al-Mawasi Area, Khan Yunis
Number of Beneficiaries: 2,500 IDPs (children, women, elderly)
Unit Cost: $27
Total Campaign Cost: $67,000
📌 Campaign Description:
In a winter that caught the displaced by merciless rains and winds, with no walls to protect them or roofs to shade them, people spread out on the coastal sands, their pain as pillows...
A response was necessary, and an urgent humanitarian intervention was needed to heal the cold bodies and ignite the warmth of compassion in hearts.
The Seeds of Goodness team launched its first campaign under the Winter Clothing Project, providing winter clothing and heavy blankets to 2,500 displaced people, many of whom were robbed of their homes and safety, and found themselves out in the open without coats, shoes, or blankets to protect them from the harsh winter that arrived without mercy.
🟢 Impact of the Campaign:
Protecting thousands of displaced people from cold and frost-related illnesses.
Supporting the resilience of children, women, and the elderly in an inhumane environment.
Promoting the concept of seasonal relief linked to climate conditions.
Lifting the financial burden on families amid scarce resources and rising prices.
🔔 Very Important Institutional Notice
In adherence to institutional standards and financial transparency, we draw your attention to the fact that the unit value remains fixed to ensure the convenience of donors. Should prices change, the clothing components will be adjusted to achieve the humanitarian purpose and preserve the dignity of the beneficiaries.
